About Embassy Group

Embassy Group, a leading development firm in real estate, commenced its operations in 1993. It was led by Jitu Virwani, Chairman and Managing Director of the group. The establishment has developed 66 Million Sq. Ft of Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Services, Educational, and Industrial Warehouse spaces holds an extensive land bank of 1,700+ acres across the country. The operation spans Indian and international markets, including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Trivandrum, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Serbia. A pioneer in leasing office space and developing integrated office parks, the group has delivered over 46 Million Sq. Ft of commercial properties and 120 Million Sq. In 2012, Embassy Group and Blackstone entered into a joint venture to form Embassy Office Parks, an entity aimed at creating world-class office spaces and building business communities. Embassy Industrial Parks was formed to address the challenges of companies grappling with building and managing industrial and warehousing spaces in a large, diverse, and geographically distributed market like India. The industrial parks, which span 10 Million Sq. ft. and 7 cities, have been acquired by Blackstone Real Estate in a $700 million deal. Through Embassy Energy, we are trying to make the business more sustainable in terms of power cost. Capitalising on the immense potential of the sun, the Embassy Group has diversified into the renewable energy business with an over 100 MW solar power plant operational since March 2018 in Karnataka. A second 100MW plant, in line with Embassy Office Parks' expansion plans, is planned over the next two years. Our hospitality portfolio covers five projects, including the Hilton, Embassy Bangalore GolfLinks, a Five Star hospitality to complement the business parks; Le Meridien next to a lush Golf Course; Four Seasons Hotel, strategically located between the CBD and Bengaluru International Airport; and the dual-brand Hilton Bangalore and Hilton Garden Inn Bangalore at Embassy Manyata Business Park will be most significant in the category in South India.
